Hello everyone,
Ive just joined the forum. Ive been shopping with CKTG for a few years now. The website, customer reviews, and forum have all helped demystify Japanese knives. I hope I can contribute something. My specialties are wine and bicycles, so dont hesitate to ask if you want to chat about those topics.

I did 22 miles on saturday and a 48 mile ride the one before. Its a terrific area for cycling. I havent even scratched the surface of all the epic riding areas since moving out here last fall. The cost of living is eye-wateringly expensive but like I said.... wine and bikes!

Welcome Mr. 343! You have entered the rabbit hole of Japanese knives. Soon you'll be going down the rabbit hole of sharpening stones. Just a warning, we are all enablers here in the quest for more knives.
You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.

Hi just joined and looking forward to buying some really nice knives here. I’m looking at the Nakiri right now and hopefully get it soon.
