Those are past pictures of the GT255 Kosuke has posted on Instagram.
Heard. Was just curious. I also noticed that particular batch doesn’t have the Fuji stamp on it, didn’t know if that’s how the new ones would be.

I’ll take photos and do specs when they arrive. I just needed to get a page up so you and others can enter your email.

That's not a Fujiyama stamp , it's a stamp that represents Naohito Myojin. It's not just on Fuji's.

Makes sense. I’ve never seen it on any of his other knives but I believe you. Regardless, gorgeous knifes!

I got the shipment. I'm working on the Fujiyama with ebony handles now. I need to update photos and specs.

I'll do the cleaver tomorrow when I get to work.

It should be in the morning but I hate to give a specific time just because shit happens sometimes at work like a pallet of stones shows up or I have a lot of sharpening to do that need to be done by noon or someone calls and talks a long time. My wild guess is about 10am CST give or take. I’ll give a heads up for the cleaver and the Gyuto here before I put them in stock.

It’s a little stressful when the dumb database can’t keep up with the orders and we over sell the knives but otherwise it’s fun and most of the knives that are sold are to our best customers who are forum members and we know and like. Also, Kosuke is our favorite dealer so it’s like Christmas when his knives arrive.

PS those cleavers that are sitting in our office are amazing looking. I’ll post a picture before we sell them when I get to work.

Ah yes it's gone quiet again. hahahahh

10am CST is looking good for the cleavers.

The laurel Fujiyamas will go after I'm done with the cleavers.
