It was all I could do to not take one of those Fujiyama damascus knives home with me. Especially with the burnt chestnut handle. I think that is my favorite knife of 2021.

I could not agree more! I just about cried when I clicked hit complete order and it said “this item is out of stock”.

Number one dream knife without a doubt. I still look at pictures of it all the time. Sad but true haha

Hahaha... you know, I wouldn't even think of trying, except I did.
But then I looked, and man, those things weigh more than half a kilo half a kilo of beautiful steel, with a beautiful finish, and a big hunk of handsome wood. Still, what would I do with one? Make shakshooka? This big caliber belongs in the hands of someone who makes nicer things than I.
And besides, I wanna buy a house one day - I can't quite lock up my mullahs in steel. At least, not in such beautiful steel
