Naniwa Irodori Nagura

Are these the same formulation as superstones, traditional stones, or choseras? Or are they something else? Are they hard or soft? I have a couple of the Suehiro nagura (1k and 3k) along with the ones that come with the Chosera and Rika so I'm curious how these might compare to the ones I already have.
