Forge is almost done!! Set up on the forge on a bread loaf pan to figure out how tall it should be:

Welded, painted and ready for its first firing, hopefully tomorrow!!

Also got the thermocouple for the forge all set and I am hoping to finish the PID for the kiln tomorrow and get a coat of GreenPatch 421 down on the kaowool for the kiln plate. Picked up a TIG welder last week, so I can start fabbing up more equipment, tools, molds for handles, etc!

I have a 240mm gyuto in Randy Haas Random High Carbon Damascus going into HT soon as well as more Shechita (CPM S90V this time), and a bunch of hunting knives to work on. Plus another 52100 gyuto, 2 magnacut gyuto to grind, 2 50100 tall nakiri and some other stuff in the works!
