If God wanted me to be a vegetarian he wouldn't have made animals taste so good.

LOL- thanks. All I know is that when it comes to knives, the more of them I acquire, the more I learn about them and the more experience I accrue using them, the more I realize how much I still don't know. It's overwhelming but so much fun.

Re: Which Title Describes Your Knife Collection?
I feel blessed to be out of the rabbit hole. I can't think of any knife I need. My #1 rotation are: Hiromoto: 270 and 240 AS and a 240 Tenmi-Jyukaru damascus. Mac superior 270 bread knife, Carter Fukugozai petty, 130mm Hoshihiro petty, Del Ealy paring knife.
Standing by is a Goko W#1 nashiji 240 gyuto that is a pleasure to use, Del Ealy 160mm work horse petty (a one off for a chef), Tojiro ITK 150 petty, my butchers/boning knives, Tojiro 270mm sujihiki, 150mm and a 210 Richmond Artifex II gyuto in BD1N. That way if I get lazy about the stones I have back up. Throw in a few cleavers for different tasks and I think that's about it. Oh wait - Yoshihiro Ikasaki (squid knife), and a Tojiro birds beak parer, 150mm Hankotsu and a 160mm antique deba.
Hmmm . . . maybe I'll take a picture today

Re: Which Title Describes Your Knife Collection?
Yes I would say just that. I got busy cleaning out a drawer today - one drawer and it took all afternoon including shred time. Tomorrow I'll start another one and eventually the office will be clutter and dust free - maybe even organized.

Perfect! Any title works….songs too. I mean, for me it was Oops I Did It Again……
Re: Which Title Describes Your Knife Collection?
If we can do song titles, "you can't always get what you want".
Also "baby come back" for things I've traded/sold and missed afterwards, like my Anryu b#2 210 and my Takeda NAS 210.
