Nigara Blue #2 Honyaki - https://www.chefknivestogo.com/honyaki.html ;)

Do you have anything scarce or sought after that you've been hiding in your desk? :P

I think something you only get a small amount of is a good fit for a raffle. Maybe a Shibata Tinker knife? Or does it have to be in stock currently?

How about a Gyuto/Petty set for people that are still learning Japanese knives or young professionals? Maybe Konosuke GS or Kohetsu HAP40? Alternately maybe a cleaver?

I didn't know how close they were but given their unavailability Jeff's suggestion on of the Honyaki is a great idea.

Kurosaki seems like he might be the type of guy to get behind a charity raffle. I would vote for one of his.

While there are alot of guys wanting larger/longer knives, I believe there are even more 210 guys that would buy a ticket for something they could use not collect or sell to get what they want. With that in mind Im picking a 210 (or 3). While it seems most of the 210 stock is decimated, these are in stock:

That's an interesting thought.
I would not buy specifically to win a 210 but i can see how many would prefer shorter. Maybe that is the reason to go with a 240 especially as so many run short if coming from Sakai.

I'll pitch in for...

Takayuki Ginsan dammy, either length.

Word is pretty solid on this forum that they cut in a very special way

Otherwise, Kurosaki or even Mr. Takeda seem like folks who's work would garner a good raffle, hm?
And then there is that new Kono line... What was it?
Ah, yes, TETSU
