If it is, a suji better come with it!

My mind ran along those lines. “Is there a knife? I don’t see the knife. I’m probably missing something obvious.” repeated reinspection

“I still don’t see a knife.”

I fat-fingered it. No wonder nobody was buying it. :)

There appears to be a typo in the stats for the Yoshikane White #2 Gyuto 240mm
Handle: Khii Walnut Slin Fit Octagonal
I think it should say Slim Fit Octagonal

https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yowh2gy24noh.html

Also, should the title contain “Nashiji” like the rest of the knives in this group?

This is under the r2/sg2 section:

"We're grouping R-2 and SG-2 in the same section for now. They're basically the same steel: a powdered stainless steel that is well known for excellent wear resistance and is considered a great steel for high end, high quality kitchen knives. It has very high edge retention and less wear resistance, making it much easier to sharpen."

Excellent wear resistance......less wear resistance.....

Either I don't get it or it doesn't make sense, what is the nature of the wear resistance?

For the Yoshimi Kato Enju VG10 line, the stat line for brand says “Yoshimi SG-2”. This is true for all knives except for the Gyuto 240mm which has no stat line for Brand. I would expect the brand to be something like, “Yoshimi Enju VG10” or none like the Gyuto 240mm.
Brand: Yoshimi SG-2

In the stats area on the Hatsukokoro Ginyo Silver 3 Damascus Santoku 180mm page, the line for blacksmith is missing the “Blacksmith:” label.

Looks good Mark.

I noticed an inconsistency with the following Yahiko Ginsan Nashiji Hand Engraved knife pages where they refer to a picture of Akane san but there is no picture of her on these pages.

https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yagihaenpe80.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yagisahaenna.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yagisahaensa.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yaginahaengy.html
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yagisahaengy.html

Though not actually an error, the following page has her picture but no text that refers to it.

https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yagisahaen1.html

I checked all the hand engraved pages and the ones not listed above are all consistent. They either have both a picture and text or no picture and no text that refers to a picture.

I used the choil shot slot for her photo (I'm only able to have 4 photos) but then customers started asking me where was the choil shot and if it they were single bevel or not.

I'll remove the copy that refers to her photo. I need to reshoot some of these anyway.

Here are a couple of typos I found recently.

The last sentence in the description of the Tsunehisa G3 Migaki Sujihiki 270mm has a link to narkiris instead of sujihikis. Very nice looking knife by the way! https://www.chefknivestogo.com/tsg3misu27.html

The first letter in the description of the Suehiro Cerax 6000 is missing: https://www.chefknivestogo.com/suce60.html

spotted for the Hatsukokoro Kokugei gyuto 240.

The specs look right but are prefaced by “petty 120”.

Not really a typo, but when the Takeda Sasanoha NAS 190mm is added to the wishlist, the wishlist lists it as a 240mm with a different price.
