Re: Typographical errors on the site.
Hey Mark, I was just doing some research on Honsuki’s, and noticed that in the description of the Okeya Blue #2 Wa Honesuki 150mm, it states “The Aogami inner core (hagane) is then covered with a layer of softer stainless steel to protect and add strength.” But in the video Steve mentions that it is a soft iron cladding and that the whole knife is reactive.
The same is true for the Okeya Blue #2 Honesuki 150mm Western; the description states stainless cladding, but Steve states that it is iron.
Thanks!

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
Sorry about that.
Steve made a mistake on those. The knives are stainless-clad. Unfortunately, it's hard to go back and re-do the video since I have about 300 waiting to get done and I would rather put new items with no videos on over correcting the mistake on the old ones.

It looks like the 'Add To Wishlist' option on individual product pages is gone.
I'm running FF 98.0.1 and 98.0.2 on Mint and Arch Linux.

Yeah we'll have it back on shortly. The page update work is breaking a few things.

Not a typo per se but the CKTG logo no longer appears at the top of the forum pages. This seems to be the case on both Firefox and Chrome for windows on my desktop machine.

Me too, but it does show up on this page. How strange.ronnie_suburban wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 3:25 pm Not a typo per se but the CKTG logo no longer appears at the top of the forum pages. This seems to be the case on both Firefox and Chrome for windows on my desktop machine.
You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.

I'm not seeing it on this page either . . . other than in Mark's personal signature.XexoX wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 3:49 pmMe too, but it does show up on this page. Sorry about the logo.
The software for the forum needed updating and it’s pretty simple to do but since the logo is customized it breaks until I have my developer friend fix it. I’ll ask him to fix it soon.

No apologies necessary. I only reported it in case you didn't know about it.ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 6:35 pm Sorry about the logo.

Yep, it's back for me as well . . . and so ends that minuscule and very short-lived micro-drama!

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
Looks like a typo in the second line of the description on the Tabata White #1 Gyuto 210mm page. It looks like the word “They” was not meant to be part of the sentence.
Here is the link: https://www.chefknivestogo.com/tahawh1gy21.htmlThis knife comes with They Hitachi White #1 steel and stainless cladding with a nice polished finish.

The profile picture (cutting board) for the Nigara SG2 Tsuchime Kiritsuke 210mm shows the Nigara SG2 Tsuchime Gyuto 210mm profile instead of the kiritsuke.

On the store site in the "Knife Brands" drop down menu, Kotetsu Knives is not listed alphabetically and is listed in with the M's.
