I’ve got this one in a 240 Kiritsuke… TOTAL stunner. I think it’s one of the best cutting knives I own. And that’s saying something haha

I made a slaw but decided not to whisk up a mayo so just used Spanish EVOO. It came out very tasty.

Kono Bunka slayed the cabbage.

I think that this thread should be renamed "Ronnie's weekly slaw" although Gladius did manage to sneak on in on this page. :D
