Hey Mark! I got these in the works! have some clean up to do on the Xtra tall Gyutos, the Fillet is getting its sheath made. The smaller blades are small hunter bird n' trouts!

also this 10" freestyle slicer that i cant seem to decide what type/ style /material handle to go with. Thinking a really dark almost purple cocobolo with a lighter colored bolster up front?

finished 2 more this was prior to sharpening. Rust blued, completely food safe and rust and scratch resistant and pretty good for food release
