Sharpening service review.
Sent my Shun Nakiri to chefknivestogo for sharpening. I have always been disappointed with how the knife cut even after the local retailer resharpened it. Mark sharpened the VG-Max steel blade so well it is now my favorite knife!. Return shipping was fast and it was packaged well! Thanks Mark!
