this shows a real-time view of an order moving through the office! sue seeing it coming through first in the morning and then me shipping it out just a few hours later!

Hey man, I just want to say thank you again for fixing my knife. It works great. I used it at work today and it’s sharper than a surgeon's scalpel it is amazing. Thank you so much for bringing it back to what it was when I first got it, hopefully, no more dishwashers swipe it off my station to start opening boxes with it and treating it like a house knife 
. Also, I know this was probably a small thing for you, but it was a really big thing for me. Thank you for including a new pin for the case. I appreciate it. I lost the first one within a week of getting it and I bought another the same thing so hopefully I’ll keep better eyes on this one and I appreciate throwing it in. Anyway, thank you again and I hope to have more business with you shortly!
