Happy Thanksgiving!

Post by ChefKnivesToGo »

I hope you all have a nice day! We’re working for a short couple of hours and then it’s home for some football, beer drinking and ribeye steaks on the grill. What could be better? :)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Not a holiday up here in Canada, but I am definitely wishing it were one...haha.

Yes, but you have December 26, Boxing Day, and December 27 as holidays, we don't!

Wow...just got home from a long day filled with wonderful time spent with lots of family and friends, awesome food, probably a few to many beers and definitely too much money lost in a poker game that broke out. What an AWESOME day, life needs more days like this!

I hope everyone had as good a day as I did!

Our celebration at my sister's house went off pretty smoothly. To start, my sister put together this awesome charcuterie board+ . . .

Charcuterie Board, Poke & Deviled Eggs
You just have to be careful here because everything was great but we all knew there was a lot more food to come . . .

Thanksgiving Buffet
There was oven-roasted turkey and smoked turkey -- one of the pre-smoked (heat at home) birds from Costco, which wasn't half-bad.

This stuff makes every holiday better! :D

It barely survived my sister's toaster oven but yeah, it did. :D
