Magnacut gyuto passaround

For your pleasure, I am hosting a USA based passaround of my latest creation, a magnacut 220 x 54 mm k-tip gyuto with a compound grind and amboyna handle. 61.5 hrc.

This will be open to forum members, past clients and folks on other platforms. I expect this one will be popular so I will prioritize past clients.

200 post count here.
Use it for a week and provide feedback.

Ship it to the next person fully insured ($700) provide tracking and a photo of the knife’s condition when arrived and shipped.

Feel free to sharpen the knife if you feel like you know how. If you don’t feel comfortable, let me know and I will make sure you are between people who can sharpen.

Treat this knife like any other high end knife. Hand wash. No dishwasher, no frozen food. Cut only on a proper cutting board.

The knife has arrived and it is sweet! Documented Day 1 of my leg over on the cooking thread. More to come over the next few days. :)
