World's rarest pasta, su filindeu, now you can learn how to make it
So, one of the few people that know how to make su filindeu pasta is teaching classes on making it. Until her classes, it was a family held secret. Of course, you'll have to fly to Sardinia to take the class. In Sardinia, a long-kept Italian pasta secret is now up for grabs. It might be paywalled, it is a Washington Post article.
