Cabbage & Konosuke Fujiyama FM Blue #2 Funayuki/Gyuto, 240mm
I feel like Sisyphus with the slaw around here but it is great always having it on hand. :)

I’ve got this one in a 240 Kiritsuke… TOTAL stunner. I think it’s one of the best cutting knives I own. And that’s saying something haha

Yeah, it's one helluva piece. A great cutter and gorgeous, too.
