Q: I recently placed an order for a 10.8" kikuichi gyuto knife online last night. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and was wondering if it's not too late to switch it to a 9.75" Thank you.

A: I will cancel/refund the order and you can re-order. It is hard for us to change orders, unless it is a simple addition.
