Just finished this one up. Turned out fantastic and probably my best performance wise. O1 tool steel, maple burl with an ash spacer handle.

Looks pretty mean, I like it!

How tall is it? Looks like it can scoop a lot of cut food?

Hey, sorry for huge delay. Just noticed. It's 50mm at the heel and should do a good job scoping food
