Sheet Pan Meal
I’m on dinner duty tonight and thought I would make a sheet pan meal with sausage, broccoli, garlic, tomatoes and whatever else I have that I have in the fridge. I’ll report back with a photo later tonight.

Re: Sheet Pan Meal
Sounds good. I love using cabbage in these if I have it around. But best to cook it for a while on its own before adding the other stuff. It tends to take longer and emit quite a bit of liquid while it cooks.ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 12:14 pm I’m on dinner duty tonight and thought I would make a sheet pan meal with sausage, broccoli, garlic, tomatoes and whatever else I have that I have in the fridge. Not sure if this is what inspired Mark. He is, after all, a trendsetter but there's nice piece, with 20 recipes, at NYT's website . . .
Sheet-Pan Everything
Some of them look pretty good!
