The bar has re-reopened which means a new knife must christen the joint with good vibes and indefinitely open doors...I dare that virus to step foot in the bar and if it does? I'll julienne it with my new Kurosaki-san blade and make it into a salad. Or, continue to wash my hands as if there will be no water available tomorrow.
You guys rock!

The nakiri that I bought from you was so excellent that when I tried to clean it I nicked my finger and was bleeding everywhere. I have not had a knife that was scalpel sharp before. I am so excited for this petty.

God bless you for your videos! I have spent the last two hours watching, re-watching, comparing knives. I've never seen so much selection of any category of purchase, except cars maybe. This is my first knife over $50. A YouTube video of yours finally got my knifes sharp enough to cut paper, years ago!

Loved the Tojiro bread knife so much, I gave mine to my daughter and am replacing mine! Oh, same for the Kuhn Rikon paring knife.

If possible, I can pick up direct from your shop. (I did the fire sprinkler work there when you did the build out of it). If that's not possible, shipping is fine.

Well after about 3 years, I have built the ultimate Kohetsu HAP40 set through you... only one that I would love to see is a Chinese Cleaver in the HAP40... Thanx all, love your company, service and products.

You have been a great company to work with. This is something for myself but My company has been buying knives through you for my coworkers birthdays and etc.
As a professional Chef I can say you have definitely been a moral boost to many of us fortunate enough to share the quality you have through these rough times.

Mark was a wonder to work with on potentially lost items (due to a FedEx issue and no issues of CKTG). He was quick to respond, very helpful, and it felt like he genuinely wanted to help. While the knives did eventually show up (3 days after Fedex said they were "Delivered") he offered to send a replacement order out if they hadn't shown up after a few more days. This level of customer service is excellent and I wish more stores I purchased from cared this much.

Mark, I love my honesuki! I have yet to review the 140 diamond plate, but it works stellar! Folks keep talking about my spoons, so I'm getting everyone (1) for Xmas.

Again, thank you for everything you do!!!!!!! I truly love your products, and can't speak highly enough about the kohestu line you carry. They are by far the best knives I've ever held.
I got a couple more to buy from you then I think I'll be set for a while, but... Who knows.

Happy holidays,
Your loyal/ happy customer

I hope you and yours are doing well during this trying year. Glad you are still here as a business, providing quality products and services. I always try to promote your site when I see someone looking for a knife recommendation. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

Does the website have a bug? Everything is "out of stock". Either that, or you guys sold the whole store out. If it's the later good for you.

Read the various people commenting in all the different topics and you will find they are very much like Mark, Sue and the CKTG team. Kind, funny and intelligent they make for great commentary and discussion. I look forward to reading your comments in the future.
