learning to love my nakiri

This nakiri was the first jknife I bought, but never really appreciated til it was time to slice 5 pounds of potatoes :)

That’s a very nice job on the potatoes.

I find it funny how we love to cut things with our knives for fun/practice when a mandolin ( which we have ) can do it perfect and way faster. 😅

My first Jknive was a Shun Premiere Nahiri, still love grabbing that little light weight knive.
Home cook, addicted to knives, stones, food and new recipes.
