Brand new, unused, Unsharpened, fresh from tosho. Decided to keep my sasanoha over this. It’s too beautiful to use in my job.

Wow she is amazing! GLWS! No way I would leave that sitting on a service line. Even at home I'd be afraid my wife would open some Amazon package with if. It would be a safe queen for sure.

Pretty sure that's it and pretty sure "GT" is gyuto, the way Kosuke writes it when he tells us what's incoming. Like a lot of people I am pretty interested in the knife but a rapid spate of posts to get to 30 and then an initial asking price two times list (although, yes, "obo") stopped me from responding. And that's not a flame and no disrespect just calling it like I see it since this popped back up.
Honestly this is one I'd seriously consider but I would be eager to hear what the op has in mind.

Duuuh, my bad. I was thinking FT for some reason, yeah of course it stands for gyuto. Even though you see it on the box like that I was thinking more of part of the model, like Fujiyama FT , but instead GT. Time for me to go to bed.d_rap wrote: ↑Fri Jun 11, 2021 12:45 am Pretty sure that's it and pretty sure "GT" is gyuto, the way Kosuke writes it when he tells us what's incoming.
