I’m sure these exist, but haven’t seen many.
Was told it was a very old stock by Suisin.

150mm Kiritsuke by Yoshikazu Ikeda. Blue 1 suminigashi with one of the most beautiful handles I’ve ever seen. Personally selected and fitted by Tatsuya-San at Suisin.

Lightly tested on only cucumber and scallion.

Hello. Great looking knife and handle! Is the knife single bevel (right-handed) or double bevel?

Left-handed here, so single bevel for a rightly would not work for me.
