I've been mobbed at work over the past couple days, I'll be sending the knife on to Ashy on Monday. I'll PM with the details at that time and try to get a thought write up done.

Knife was received yesterday. Really dig the profile and the feel of it. Haven't used it other than to cut a potato. If it was a bit heavier I'd say it would be a great match for me. Will give it a try in the next few days and report back. Thanks everyone!

Knife arrived a few days ago and is in good shape! I've hardly used it so far, but I love the profile and agree with everyone else's thoughts on the KU and kanji. I bet if it were thinned slightly, I'd love it even more as I tested it on some medium carrots and had a little cracking, but did great in a few other quick tests.
