After using it for a while, I would say it is super nice for the standing price point. Very good steel that can be super sharp after my first sharpening. Super responsive on my Chosera stones. I already decided to buy Yu Kurosaki Fujin VG10 and Shiro Kamo SG2 instead of Otaga’s blade.

Hi knives community, I just done unboxing my Yu Kurosaki 240 VG10 and Shiro Kamo SG2 240 from Chef Knives To Go.
