I like what Taz said and would add this, To me, this is an edge that will stick in your cutting board by accident and nick your finger when you barely touch it.

Well guys. I want to thank everyone for their input. I got busy the last couple months and had to put this... On the back burner for a while (happy father's day dad joke).
We bought a Weber Spirit 3 burner from Costco for like $450 today. I guess I'll be assembling it sometime soon.

we have a 4 burner propane now that's close to dead. - Hoping to find something that is low maintenance and will fit in the same space in the garage when not in use. and/or over the winter.
