Aloha and welcome to Knife Life!
Hi everyone.
I have been recently working on some knife inspired designs for apparel and other items.
It originally came from a request from Mark for a design for Kohetsu ...and it grew from there.
I have been designing clothing graphics for over 35 years now....damn that has flown by.
During that time I have worked for Swatch, Reebok, Ellesse, Wilson, Elho Brunner and many other big brands.
But in the main I spent 10 years making stuff for the Motor Sports world. We owned the rights to over half the IndyCar races, All of the IMSA series, some NASCAR too. Plus we were official suppliers to many of the top race tracks, teams and drivers in the USA.
But when we moved to maui I stopped doing that to concentrate on my fine art and photography.
So it was like getting back on a bike when I started this idea...and i just love it.
I have about 24 designs ready and i will be adding more every week for the foreseeable future.
I will also be adding more items like mugs, aprons, phone cases etc etc.
There may be a few hiccups to start so if a design does not work on an item you want please let me know and i will fix it.
Also if you have any ideas or requests for a particular image, theme or phrase...please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.
So without further ado....may I present Knife Life!

Wow!
Sweet site, Ray. I've been thinking about stuff like that for a long while. Glad to see you pull it off!

Could you explain what an "American Apparel" t-shirt is?

It's the brand and it is the top quality they sell.
The cotton is super smooth and the stitching and fit are top quality.
I personally like the Basic tee. It is a really nice weight with good detail work and a good price. They last well and for me are the best over all value. They are made by Hanes or Gildan.
Thanks for looking!
