getting ready for Christmas with some mini chefs

5.5" mini chefs for a show coming up the end of the month. Carbon fiber, G10, Micarta, wood. Anyone have a favorite?

Thats Orange G10 sandwiched around some carbon fiber!, Me too, that one is on my top 3 for sure!

Red and black linen Micarta! hard to beat! Half wished i would have stuck some black linen micarta pins in it instead!
