If you want to make your own double sided Atoma on the cheap you can get the 400 and stick these on the back side: https://www.chefknivestogo.com/at3paslpl140.html

I should really offer the same deal with the other grits for those that have the 140 and want to try the 400 or 1200.

atoma works great for me for refinish, reshape, flattening stones, or scratching my back :)

I'm no expert here and only have only fairly recently acquired a couple of natural stones. I also have the Atoma twin set (140 / 400) that Mark talks about, so I use the 400grit to get any heavy work sorted out & then to finish / refine I use a synthetic stone that is one or two grit sizes coarser. I then leave the synthetic stone "seeded" just to see how that affects sharpening for the synthetic the next time I use it.
