Sorry for the delay, we had to measure the kitchen in our new place. Super excited about the knife rack and the spoon! (she doesn't know I splurged on the spoon).

My friends and family tell me I don't have an addiction to knives because they are practical and I do use them at work... sometimes I wonder, though...Is there knife collecting anonymous? Hehehe, keep kicking butt guys and thank you mucho

The Masutani VG10 Santoku I bought last year was hands-down the best gift I've ever bought for my mom. Thank you for the excellent experience last time, and here's to hoping that the Gyuto is just as good!

I am so excited to try a nakiri. I have been using a Chinese cleaver for so long and have been really wanting to try out a Japanese style knife.
