New bread knife
I just saw the new Kohetsu 240mm bread knife on the store site and it looks to be a pretty nice addition to my Tojiro bread knife. The Tojiro ITK 270mm bread knife is just the right size for everything but it is large. The Kohetsu looks just right for cutting small rolls, bagels, etc.

Great addition to the store.

Oh, nice loaf of bread! Not one of the round ones. That is the kind I knead to be baking.
Nice placement of the knife! More advertisement for the knife.

You should see if Ray would let you use that picture on its page. It already sold one knife, maybe it would sell a few more.

I'm a newbie here. Actually, I am much more interested in cooking. I hope this would be a great community to start with. Thank you!

Welcome to forum! Great place to learn about knives and other cooking gear. There is an awesome "What did you cook today" thread you should enjoy in the "What's Cooking" forum.

Re: New bread knife
Ray - Is this the bread knife that replaced your Tojiro ITK? If so, how do they compare except for length of course?

We did a different handle on them and we’ll be selling both going forward. https://www.chefknivestogo.com/ko1k6brkn24.html
