I'm again amazed at how fast these sold out - had to deal with people at work, was a half hour late in looking at email, and poof, gone

I’m not surprised when these sell fast. For example, I own a B2 hammered 210 and 240. I waited a long time here and finally bought them elsewhere because I was afraid he would have low production. Eventually Mark got a shipment of 240’s in and I bought one for my Daughter who eventually decided it was too big. I shopped around before I could find a 180 for her. The extra 240 sat in a box for quite a while and I felt strange having such a nice knife that was barely used sitting there. I sold it to a forum member recently...and wish I had kept it. These are extremely nice (the B2 hammered) and fit my cutting needs quite well.

I was really considering a Damascus 210 today, but stalled out for a few hours, I hope whoever got it enjoys it!

Are these newest ones different from previous versions, and if so how?

I think my friend from the gym picked it up this afternoon when I sent her the link. I sent the link and was going to message her about the knife but she had already bought it. She has my Kanehide PS60 240mm on loan right now but, I think the 210mm Anryu will be better suited for her. She also purchased a Hasewaga cutting board after I showed her mine over the weekend. I'll teach her and her husband how to sharpen and I'm sure she will be visiting the cktg store for other stuff.

I’m really happy how this thread is working for all of us. I’ve been sending customers who email me here daily and clearly they’ve been acting on the information since I see their orders come in as soon as we flip the switch. It might be helpful to do this with Kurosaki too since I get a lot of requests for his knives and demand exceeds supply on them.

I agree on setting up similar notification discussions for other makers, might take some heat off the anryu demand! Draw some people elsewhere.

Nothing has shipped to me yet. When they do I’ll publish what’s coming here.

I can’t give the B2 hammered 240 and 210 enough praise. I love them and I bought a 180 my daughter loves.

Well, I knife collection is cheaper than a truck collection. And they don't require gas.

My Echizen shipment just cleared customs. Typically it takes 1-2 business days once that happens.

When you say Echizen shipment, does that mean you'll get other maker knives as well such as masakage, kanehiro, mokoto, etc?

1 hour until I flip the switch.

Yes I usually get knives from all the Echizen guys at once. So for example I'm getting a couple hundred blades this shipment.

There is a variety of stuff depending on what they're making and my position in the pecking order. Today I'm getting small quantities of all these:

Masakage Yukis
Masakage Koishi
Anryus
Masutanis
Kurosakis
Makotos
Saji
Yoshimi

There's other stuff on the order as well but most of the other stuff is from the Tosa guys. I wish I could be more transparent but competitors look at this forum and complain that we get supply when they don't and then it causes trouble for my distributors.
