Typographical errors on the site.
Re: Typographical errors on the site.
Here is a simple one on the Kanehiro Aogami Super page. The last sentence of the description at the top begins with “The also have very nice cherry wood...”. I believe “The” should be “They”

Not sure if this counts, but on the Konosuke Fujiyama Blue #2 Sujihiki 270mm, the first review is for the Konosuke Fujiyama 240 Gyuto. I'm new at all this, but I don't think these are the same knife.
You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
The second paragraph of the description for the Itto-Ryu Hammered White #2 Petty 105mm calls the knife a santoku. The santoku reference is in the third sentence but the entire paragraph appears to be an exact copy of the one for the Itto-Ryu Hammered White #2 Santoku 165mm. Here is the text.
This knife has a really good balance and very well executed grinds. The spine is fairly thick at the neck but tapers down to a very thin point. The blade is quite tall for a santoku of this length and features a classic profile that is suitable for users of all cutting styles.

Not a typographical error, but on the Nigara Blue #2 Pruning Shears page, the video is of a knife being made.
And on the Masakage Mizu Gyuto 240mm page, every review is there twice.

This pertains to the Tani White #2 Yanagiba, Deba and Usuba listed today. They are described in the first sentence as single bevel. However, further down they are described as having an even grind.

The video is worthwhile so I'm leaving it.

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
On the Sukenari Aogami Super Gyuto 210mm Custom item page, a few of the reviews and Steve's quick look video seem to pertain to the ZDP189 version of the knife.

This great-looking Karaku in New Arrivals is billed as Blue #1 https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kabl1gy21cu.html but the description calls the steel "AS."
This Kyohey https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kysa16sa.html should read "Santoku."

This was a recycled page so I just deleted all of them. Thanks!ronnie_suburban wrote: ↑Tue Nov 10, 2020 11:59 pm On the Sukenari Aogami Super Gyuto 210mm Custom item page, a few of the reviews and Steve's quick look video seem to pertain to the ZDP189 version of the knife.

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
"Hide out of stock items" does not work for me on the Sale Items page, nor do I see the out of stock item in that faded image I see on other pages.

All three Doberman Forge listings on the New Arrivals page have similar grammatical errors.
This 240mm sujihiki is nice and call and drops through food.
This was has been coveted by our customers for year because it's easy to care for, durable and takes a wicked edge.
