Across the store and in the giveaway thread, the new line "Sumiiro" is misspelled "Sumiro".
I'm not consistent with this but the double vowels in Romanji don't really exist in English so my inclination is to just use one vowel. I did this with Ozuku which Mr. Imanishi calls Oozuku. I didn't do it with Khii that Kosuke uses for his handles.
I think the distinction here is that this isn't a Japanese long vowel (ō or ī) but it's two words "sumi=ink" "iro=black" smushed together. I noticed because Google didn't find your store listings when I searched "sumiiro" from Kosuke's Instagram; so this is more of a practical rather than a pedantic issue.
FWIW Kosuke uses "Sumiro" at least once, but most places on his IG and other stores use the other spelling.

Found one! Under the newest Steve's Video thread, the title says Round 66. Think it should be 68.... Cheers!

Thanks!
I’m glad you got home. I was worried.
Did I send Sue a photo of me in what looked like a hazmat/welder's outfit for the two cross country flights? Yes, glad I made it home. Thanks for checking!

The MAC Superior Petty 100mm is listed with the 75mm - 90mm Petty Knives collection.
I noticed today that this knife shows up in both the 75mm-90mm Petty Knives and the 100-115mm Petty Knives collections. This appears to be one confused petty.
The "forum" link on the main site should be to https://www.chefknivestogoforums.com, and not merely www.chefknivestogoforums.com. (The latter leads to the same site but using a nonsecure connection on some browsers.)
There are a whole bunch of bunka-bocho's that are being mislabeled as "kiritsuke" (a type of single-bevel knife). I see five cases on the New Arrivals page alone.

Thanks,
I'll see if I can fix that link.
If they're over 210mm I usually call them Kiritsuke since that's what most of my blacksmiths call them. If they're under 210mm I usually call them Bunkas. Grind type is usually listed on the item page in the specs and I also usually take choil shots to make sure people understand the difference. It would help if I were more consistent on this but my mind isn't a regimented as it could be for this kind of work. Also, once I call it something it becomes hard to change it since the copy is written and the videos get shot.
Yoshimune W#1 Gyuto 210mm - The last sentence in the description seems to be missing a few words. It reads “This a great all round performer...” but it should probably be “This is a great all-around performer...”
