Typographical errors on the site.
This was a very helpful thread we did on the old forum and I want to resurrect it. I'm a terrible speller, poor photographer and have questionable measuring skills. Also the volume of new pages we create in the small amount of time I have to put things on makes me susceptible to errors.
Please feel free to notify me on this thread if you find an error and we'll fix them.

All the CBN 1 Ounce Emulsion pages.
A little goes a long way! There is no overspray so it all goes on the strop. I recommend pitting a drop on and immediately spreading it as far as it goes.
I assume that should be "putting a drop on..."

Would this thread be easier for users to find if it were pinned somewhere?
Mark, I feel your pain... I can fix anything, solve technical problems, but my spelling is worse than yours.

Kohetsu Shinano...listed as Honesuki #2 Bunka 150mm. Guessing it should probably be Blue #2 Honesuki 150mm since there are already a listings for the 170mm and 210mm bunkas.

Not so much a typo but the stats on the Misono Swedish 240 Gyuto are way off and more likely for the 210mm with the exception of blade length.

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
Quick one here, from the Ogata White #2 Bunka 165mm page, third paragraph.
The upper portion of the blade receives a really unique kurouchi finish which he calls Lightening Kurouchi.
I'm assuming this should be "Lightning" and not "Lightening".

Re: Typographical errors on the site.
This is maybe more of a question, one that I finally realized had me so confused I didn't realize I was confused. These may be typographical/informational error, or may not be...
The Kanehiro knives are the line taken over by Yoshimi Kato as I I understood it. I'd only looked at them onesy-twosy over the past month or so, and kept seeing Hiroshi as the blacksmith noted for the two I'd looked at, which I didn't think was odd given family etc. But I just noticed on two others that they note Hiroshi-san as the maker in the description, but list Yoshimi as the maker ("Blacksmith"in the copy) in the specs below the description. This is the case for at least a couple of the Ginsan blades.
At first I didn't notice, then I figured that both smiths were involved... but then in the AS line there is no mention of Yoshimi anywhere. It may just be me needing clarification.
Here is one such page in the ginsan line: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/kagigy21.html

I know you have put six or seven different handles on these. The photo shows a Maple handle, the listing describes a different wood.

Here's one on the new shaving soap. Should be 'scent' not 'sent':
The Seville shaving soap has a wonderful sent.
