WTB: 270-300mm Sujihiki

Looking for a 270-300mm Suji for $300 or less, carbon OR carbon w/stainless cladding, blue #1 or #2, Or AS.

I think you'll have a tough time finding those steels under $300 in that size. Edge retention on my Yuki Honesuki is quite good -- I would think that a good option in a handmade, clad knife (it's in stock). Maybe you could find a Masakage Mizu; I haven't seen one in that size. A Kurosaki Shizuku might come in around the right price, but, there, too, you may have to special order.

ETA - sorry, see that this is in the classifieds. Used is likely the best way for sure.

Respectfully disagree. Some good offerings new if you want to go that route. Anryu in particular stands out. Hammered, kuriochi, suminagashi edge, some different flavors all under $300. Kurosaki AS KU also stands out as a sub-$300 gem.

That's a solid line of knives. I had a bunka for some time. Very good grind and aesthetics.
