This was a recent review from a customer after using the knife for a long time.

After determining that I'm not a laser guy, doing mostly simple straight cuts, and wanting something a little smaller and more nimble, I settled on this little guy. That was in late 2017. Cooking at home, I put it on the strops every month or so, and barring being an idiot and chipping it, I only have to go to the stones after about 4 months. Even not avoiding citrus, rust has only once been a problem. Even after a few weeks from sharpening, it won't bruise lettuce or herbs, and still effortlessly rips through cabbages and onions, like an 80s movie slasher slices up dumb college kids. Works great on those annoying bubble plastic Amazon envelopes, too. Not a great, wow knife, maybe, but it's been three years, and this is still the knife I reach for first, for veggies and boneless meat. It's just the right height, has a great balance, a comfortable and grippy handle that gets out of the way when needed, just enough heft to help with cuts, but still be easy to quickly maneuver with a couple of fingers, sharpens easily, holds that edge well, and for how well it holds the edge, resists chipping pretty well.
