WA Handle Progression by FL

I would like to share some handles I have made with you all. I am focusing on WA style handles and would like to keep a log of my progression here as well as KKF where I originally started logging my work.

They look great! Wish i could make some like that. Have you tried to install any of them yet?

I have the 3rd from the left ready to fit on a 6/7" knife i'm making at the moment

Knife just needs finishing then it will be glued to high heaven

Good start, IMO, needs more taper and bigger angle cuts.

  • African Blackwood and Corian - 142mm, 85g, 28x24 tapering to 21x18
  • African Blackwood and Stabilized Thuya Burr - 136mm, 71g, 28x24 tapering to 23x20
  • Stabilized Thuya Burr - 124mm, ~55g, 27x25 tapering to 23x21
