Took my new Yoshimune to work to give it a workout. Just glides right through a perfectly ripe tomato.

I dunno. They are tallish. Great profile. Thin enough behind the edge. Great price. Cool esthetics. Maybe not a ton of distal taper, and a bit heavy blade forward, but the tip thins out fine.

I would put Yoshimune hand in hand with Tanaka for bang for buck entry level stainless clad carbon.
