I have many and use daily. Most used now is the small (190×95mm) Sugimoto No.30 (SF4030) << replacing the no. 6 and the Yu Kurosaki AS Cleaver <<

I only sold a few of them. --- Is that the one he referred to as the barber's whetstone? han han Will you have any for sale? https://www.chefknivestogoforums.com/viewtopic.php?...

Re: Need help figuring out a main course.
I don't ever make Beef Bourguignon so I am just thinking out loud here but do you think you could omit the bacon, or replace it with a mushroom sauce? I often cook for the veggie crowd and use a simple cream of mushroom that uses coconut cream instead of dairy cream. If you just need to render the ...

The Media Embed just needs turned on...I don't have the permissions when I try to use it. There must have been a board update or Youtube update. The media embed was created because Youtube constantly changed. I can go into the page source and see the video Ronnie posted...but I cannot see it within...

You got the order right Taz, I checked with my brother and he said the one he sent me was out of order on accident. So this is right. ケコア Right to left is correct for the current writing method in Japan he said, but they used to write top to bottom, which I might do for this. I think I like the loo...

Re: What do you do with a wonky chopper
I picked up one a few weeks ago and it is a great value. Mine came in straight with an even grind. It took a typical good white steel no. 2 edge and is a good performer. Not up to the level of Sugimoto Virgin Carbon Steel but for $60 quite nice. Sorry yours is "wonky" but every time you wo...
