About 4 months ago I was officially banned from sharpining my wife's knives. She had cut herself twice in a week. Her knives are now getting too dull so she asked me if I could half sharpen her knives . I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to do such a thing?

I think some probably just bask in the glory of their collections (I'm looking at you Ray ). At least that's what I would be doing.

240 gyuto with some belly (ie a high tip). Other than that it depends on the answers to the questionnaire above.

Thats hilarious! I found in the same place. It was part of my $250 order along with my Forum Special.

Looks like I have another project. I just received the same knife. Thought I would like to try a D shaped handle and I was wrong. Its seems pretty straightforward and even if I screw it up its not a lot of cash outlay.

A wall hanger I made several years ago. It has continuous magnets and routed keyholes in the back to mount it. Problem is it only holds about a 1/4 of the knives I own. I purchased my magnets from Jobmaster Magnets up here in Canada. Im sure you can source them in the US of A and likely for less.
